3. Discussion of Solarize Mass: any loose ends, with focus on status of Direct Energy Solar; discussion of SREC program/alternatives, state/federal shifts in incentives/ SMART

Discussion of local and regional energy-related issues, including: • MCAP • Rail transport of fossil and other fuels; concerns about 18 December 2016 PanAm derailment in Buckland, 27 February 2017 derailment in Charlemont; remaining railroad ties and debris along tracks • State-proposed energy legislation, including proposed “woodlands partnership”; response to Northern Pass • Alternative electric power suppliers, including NEXAMP, programs used in Orange, Greenfield; regional municipal power aggregation opportunity updates • MassSave program updates • New Massachusetts program: HeatSmart Mass (Mass CEC and DOER) • Recycle-able/biodegradable plastic bags
5. Update on 2017 Green Communities Grant application submitted 09 March 2017 • continue discussion on potential projects to include in future applications, especially those that will bring us closer to the 20% reduction in energy use marker • DOER updates?
6. Continue discussion of future public events, including: • Planning for future winserts workshop? • Summer/Fall 2018 film series and/or discussion groups; • budget for events
7. Update on MVP Grant
